New members wanted
The New London Currach Club is recruiting both male & female rowers for the 2012 season!
We are one of only a handful of currach clubs in the country and we need more rowers to help us keep the tradition of currach rowing alive in New London county.
Whether you want to have fun, meet new friends, travel to regattas, or experience the rewards of being a member of a unique club; this is the activity for you!
The New London Currach Rowers Club holds regular practices on the Thames River.opposite Stash's Cafe. on Pequot Ave. Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. and Sunday at 9 a.m.
All skill levels are welcome, but regular participation is encouraged, as this is a team sport.
Annual regatta Sunday Oct. 1 at the Custom House Pier in New London!
